No account. Ever.
No email, no password, no “verify your inbox” before you can log anything. Your journal lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own private iCloud — we never see it, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Menopause symptom tracker · iPhone & Apple Watch
Log what you feel in one second. Walk into your next appointment with facts, not impressions. No account, no server, nothing to sign up for.
Nearly every menopause app opens with a sign-up form, then asks you to record that something happened today. Both of those are the wrong answer.
No email, no password, no “verify your inbox” before you can log anything. Your journal lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own private iCloud — we never see it, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Most apps let you record that you had a hot flush “today”. MenoKeep records that you had one at 03:12, and another at 04:40 — because the pattern is in the timing, and your doctor’s next question is “when?”
One tap turns months of entries into a clean PDF: episodes per day, night-time load, your worst hours, and how faithfully you have taken your treatment. No app to install on their side.
One big button on the home screen, one tap on your Apple Watch. It takes under a second, which is the only reason anyone keeps a symptom diary for more than a week.
Your calendar fills in by intensity. The hourly chart shows when your days really go wrong. Forgot to log yesterday? Backdate it — the entry keeps the time you actually felt it.
Pick a period, export the PDF, hand it over or email it. Impressions become evidence, and a ten-minute appointment stops being spent reconstructing the last three months from memory.
One tap on your wrist, logged with the right timestamp. No phone needed.
18 tracked symptoms out of the box, plus any of your own. Not everyone’s menopause looks the same.
Entries between 10pm and 6am are counted separately, because that is the part wrecking your sleep.
HRT or anything else: log doses, patch rotation, refills, and see your real adherence rate.
Post-menopause, surgical menopause, or on a coil? Turn period tracking off entirely and nothing nags you.
Not a rolling seven days. Look back across months, because that is the timescale menopause actually moves on.
A privacy policy is a promise. Architecture is a fact. MenoKeep contains no analytics SDK, makes no network request with your data, and has no account system that could leak. Symptom entries are written to your device; iCloud sync, if you enable it, uses your own private Apple container.
Read the details in the Privacy Policy.
The free tier is not a countdown. Log as much as you like, for as long as you like.

No — and there is no way to, on purpose. MenoKeep has no login screen, no server, and no user database. Your entries are stored on your iPhone. If you turn on iCloud sync, they move through your own private Apple iCloud container, which we cannot read.
Yes, and in the strongest possible sense: the app makes no analytics calls, contains no third-party tracking SDK, and never transmits your entries anywhere. Symptom data counts as special-category health data under GDPR, so the safest design is the one where the data never leaves your device — that is the one we shipped.
The period you choose, your total and daily-average episodes, how many happened at night, an hour-by-hour distribution, your logged symptoms, and — if you track treatment — your adherence rate. It is a factual summary of what you recorded, not a diagnosis or a score.
Yes. Cycle tracking is optional and can be switched off in onboarding or later in Settings. Everything else — symptoms, timing, treatment, the report — works exactly the same.
Unlimited symptom logging, forever, with no entry cap and no time limit — including the Apple Watch tap, custom symptoms, treatment tracking, and the current month of history. Pro adds your full history beyond the current month and the PDF report.
From your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MenoKeep → Cancel. Apple handles the whole subscription; we never touch your payment details. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
